Who installs gutters in West Chester, PA?

West Chester Gutter Pros installs seamless aluminum gutters, gutter guards and downspout drainage for houses in West Chester Borough and seven neighboring townships, including West Goshen, East Goshen, Westtown and East Bradford. Request an estimate with the online form; we answer form requests Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.

We're a gutter company first. That means the person who measures your house is thinking about roof area, valleys and where the water ends up, not trying to sell you a roof.

Two kinds of West Chester houses, two kinds of gutter jobs

In the Borough, more than four in ten housing units were built in 1939 or earlier. Those houses often started with half-round, box or pole gutters, and the ones inside the downtown historic district answer to the Borough's design rules before anything visible changes. Our historic district gutter guide walks through it.

Out in the townships the story is different. The typical house in West Goshen dates from 1978, in East Goshen from 1982 and in East Bradford from 1987 (U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024). Many of those homes are still on their first or second set of K-style gutters, which is why seams that drip and runs that sag are the most common calls we get. See when replacement makes more sense than repair.

Do older West Chester Borough homes need different gutters?

Often, yes. Many Borough homes predate 1940 and originally had half-round, box or pole gutters rather than modern K-style. Inside the downtown historic district, the Borough's design guidelines favor half-round gutters with round downspouts and call vinyl inappropriate, so material and profile choices matter before any visible replacement.

Quick answers

Do you only do gutters?
Gutters, guards, downspouts and the fascia they hang on are the core of what we do. We also take on siding repair and replacement as a secondary service, mostly where water from the gutter line has damaged the wall. We do not sell roof replacements on this site.
Can I get an estimate without someone calling me?
Yes. Requests come in through the online form and we reply by email to set up a visit. You can ask us to stick to email in the message box. Someone still has to see the house in person to measure it, since gutter prices depend on exact footage and height.

Tell us about your gutters

Tell us where the house is and what the gutters are doing. If you have photos, say so in the message and we'll ask for them by email. We reply during office hours to set up a visit to measure. Just outside our area? Send the form and ask.

We read form requests Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There's no phone line: everything stays in writing.
